My husband brought home a book called "I can make you sleep" with a DVD you watch. I read part of the book, laughed when I came to the part where the author said his book was "written in a special language" to induce sleep (give me a break!) but I swear, my husband watches the DVD and it does make him sleepy.

You are supposed to watch the DVD anytime you wake up in the night and it will help you get back to sleep. It was working wonders until my husband lent it to someone (grrr!) and now we have to try to get it back! My husband is very analytical so I was shocked to hear him say it helped, and he really did get sleepy.

There are also some good CD's of music out that will help you sleep. something about the beta waves of certain music pieces induce sleep. I have tried them for myself and they work! I don't know if they do for PD'ers. My parkie isn't interested in trying them, but others might.
