This is probably old news because I read about it a couple of months back.
I felt that this was important enough to post. http://therapy-cycle.com/index.html . Bicycling was always thought to benefit those with parkinsonís disease. Here is the proof. Copy the address above and paste it to get to the article. Great article!! The theory is that your brain uses a different part than that for walking but it still increases the dopamine to help alleviate symptoms. I have tried this myself at lower speeds than they suggest and it still helps to decrease your tremors. You still have to bicycle 3 to 4 times per week.
