This is for that all important arm strength:

When sitting preferably in an chair with arm rests..put your hands on both arm rests and then push up till your bottom is off of the chair. Repeat 10-15 times at least 3 times daily. We call these chair pushups. This will build your tricep arm strength and will assist in making it easier for you to your transfers.
