Ok. So I've been seeing this guy for 13 years. Kind of an ass but usually helpful. Today he was not helpful, just the other part. How is it that someone can be in a business for almost 30 years and not listen to what is being described. Granted I've had someother issues but I felt like I was imposing on his valuable time. Grrrrr just need to vent. No need to reply

That's exactly the way we felt with the neurosurgeon we were referred to. It is very frustrating and very disheartening. Sorry you had this experience. Maybe he was just having a bad day. Since you have gone to him for so long and never really had this issue before. Take care and hope it gets better!
