Met one lady who is on 1200 mg of Co Q 10 and she insists it helps her symptoms.
wonderiing if anyone on the forum has tried this supplement?

We;ve been on it for almost four years and I can't say it helps or slows progression. It's really expensive, too. But my husband takes it because we're afraid things could be worse if he didn't. Sorry if this doesn't help much.

We are doing the same thing. The catch-22 with these things is that (barring the ability of second sight!) you have no way of knowing what the progression would have been without them. We are trying that and fish oil as a form of 'insurance'. When they definitively prove they *don't* work, we'll stop. After all, what's one (or two) more pills in the fruit salad of pills they're already taking? As long as you can afford it and it doesn't interfere with any of the other meds, I say go for it.

Thanks for the replies. Thought maybe it was a bit too good to be true.
