I know this is an old subject (exercise benefits), but this new twist is kind of interesting. I know that it just won't apply to some people who physically CAN'T do tandem biking, etc, but I found it fascinating.

I think the key word there was "forced"...i like it.....great article.....I know that those who "force" themselves to be active seem to deal with the PD better than those who won't do anything..even those here have said how much "forced" physical therapy has helped their loved ones....the brain is so, so difficult to understand....
