Great, but I really wish more researchers would focus on the big picture instead of just dopamine, dopamine, dopamine all the time. They know serotonin starts to deplete BEFORE dopamine and why is that? The PD chain reaction does not commence with dopamine loss, things begin way before that. Stabilizing dopamine may help prevent progression, which is great, but what causes it to destabilize in the first place is the key.
