Does any one have any problems with what Doctors call twilight sleep for a surgery procedure? My husband is in late stage Parkinsons

My husband has not had the "twighlight," but has definate problems with regular anesthesia. I spoke to the anesthesiologist beforehand about it and he tweaked the dose. My husband had a much better experience; not so disoriented afterwards.

my hubby had bilateral knee replacement in September and the Dr did a spinal and he was alert almost immediately when he was taken into recovery.
