Thirteen different medications taken in varying doses 5 different times a day. Has anyone figured out a way to "streamline" setting up the pill boxes? Do the boxes with built in alarms help (assuming he would even consider using one)?
Many thanks.

Our son in law set my husband's iPhone to ring an alarm when he is to take works!

We use the seven day pill boxes, but I have relabeled then with times versus days. What is supposed to be for one week's pills is used for one day. I have seven of these boxes and refill the boxes about every 4-5 days.

We use the iPhone alarm, too. I keep track of the pills and alarm because I found he was not taking his pills - he would get distracted.

Thank you for the great suggestions! I will try both ideas.

I forgot to mention that I also label the back of the pill containers with the day to avoid confusion. We use masking tape so we can easily adjust pill times without having to purchase new pill boxes.
