The quote about PD not qualifying Gardner for Washington's Death With Dignity program because PD is 'not fatal' will anger some of you, but the work he did for patients (and for other issues in Washington state) still stands as an achievement. We are fortunate enough to be able to go to the very good movement disorder specialists in Kirkland, at the clinic which he founded and bears his name.

Another sad loss..

I'm not angered I'm saddened. This was changed last year and Parkinson's Disease was added to the list of Fatal Diseases. Yes another crusader gone to this damn disease!
