Interesting. Thanks for sharing. You really have to watch going through magnetic doors (automatic doors) because they turn off the DBS battery packs. We would forget this and usually one of my spouse's devices would be off when we later checked.

It is important to look at solid research and gain medical advice on whether to do this. My husband had the DBA surgery and it seems to have prevented much if the normal progressions. Not everyone is a candidate and this is a personal decision. Research on this implant is encouraging.
