For those of you who do not have one, go to and you can get a free kit for PWP to keep in the car...

We have one that we got at our local, monthly meeting a year ago...It has meds forms, ID cards, etc...It is handy and can be easily grabbed in case of emergency...includes cards for doctor numbers, etc...and it is FREE! We update the information after every visit to each of his doctors, so it is actually one of the most up-to-date PD things we have! Jane

Thank you for the reminder to update the medication forms in our Aware in Care kit. We keep ours in the car, with a week of Parkinson's meds, spare underwear, a few drinking straws and our emergency contact numbers. It is reassuring to know that in an emergency all of that is at hand.
