My husband had a seizure last week...never had one before...also, a few mini-blackouts the days prior..

His neuro is recommending an EEG

Have any of you experienced any problems with a PWP and an EEG?

I'm worried....

Jax, I don't think he'll have any problems or lingering effects from it. It is non invasive. I've had many nerve convection tests on my arms and legs (kind of same principal electrode stuck on but then a current run through like a frog in biology class when you make the leg jump). I've never kicked anyone in the waiting room after. Hope all turns out well. Take care, best of luck and hang in there

Thank you for your input....it makes me feel better about the whole process.....
It will be interesting to see what information the doc will get from the test.....
upward and onward............
