My dear husband Amir has been declining rapidly over the past several months. He is hardly eating at all now, and has begun the process of what Hospice calls "transitioning". After all the years of caregiving, all the years of focusing solely on keeping him alive and as well as possible, this is so heartbreaking. I can't begin to imagine life without him.

Joni, we are all with you. I so hope you can feel the strength we want to bestow upon you in your time of need. It is so difficult to go through what you are experiencing. Praying for you and Amir.
