Thank you and jAess Consulting, LLC for providing this forum. I personally have benefited from the advice shared here.

I too would like to thank all the people who post. I know nothing about you except your screen name and very personal and intimate details about your life. Thank you for willingly letting us into your life.

Another observation: I am really impressed that the posters to this forum are obviously highly-educated, well read, and critical thinkers. That makes a huge difference to me. I come here for information and I am always blown away by the knowledgeable posters. Kudos all around to the best forum on the net!
